Paying once, Starter is R5 500, Growth R8 500 and Custom from R14 000. We host it free on Cloudflare, so the domain is your only running cost. Paying monthly, Starter is R599/month, Growth R899/month and Custom from R1 399/month for 12 months, with hosting, the domain and Care included. Then the site is yours. Either way, you get a fixed quote in writing before we start.

Paying monthly, yes. Hosting, the domain and Care are in the monthly price. Paying once, hosting is free: we host every site on Cloudflare, whose free plan covers a business website. Your domain is the one running cost, about R100–R200 a year for a .co.za, or add Care and we renew it for you. A custom build with a backend, such as an online store or customer logins, can need paid hosting: we quote it with the build.

There's nothing to sign. Paying your first month accepts our pay-monthly agreement, which is in plain English: 12 payments pay off the website, and then it's yours. You can stop any time with no fee. Settle what's left of the build and keep the site, or let it go offline and owe nothing more.

No. Paying monthly, you pay your first month to start, with no deposit or setup fee. Paying once, you pay half to start and the rest when your site goes live.

Most websites go live about 14 days after your first payment, once we have your logo, photos and the basics about your business. Bigger builds get a realistic timeline in writing with the quote.

Usually not. Send us your logo, a few photos and the basics about your business, and we write the words. You see everything early and tell us what to change.

Yes, whether it's on Wix, WordPress or anything else. We rebuild it from scratch, keep what works, and point your old page addresses to the new pages so links to your site still work. You see the new design and approve it before it replaces the old one.

Paying once, the day it's paid in full. We hand over the site, your domain and the logins, and you can take them anywhere. Paying monthly, after your 12th payment, or sooner if you settle what's left of the build. Until then the website is ours. Your domain, logo, photos and anything else you send us are always yours.

Yes. Change your mind before we’ve shown you a first design and we refund everything you’ve paid, whichever way you pay. After that, a once-off deposit pays for the design work done, and you owe nothing more. Paying monthly, you can stop any time with no notice period and no fee. Payments already made aren’t refunded, and the site stays live to the end of the month you’ve paid for.

Refunds & cancellations

Yes. On Growth and Custom you can edit the words and photos yourself. Or WhatsApp us the changes. With Care, small changes are in your monthly price. Anything bigger is quoted first.

No. We study your business and your customers, then design and build your site from a blank page.

Yes. Most of our work is websites, but we also build business software: stock and invoicing systems, quoting and booking tools, client portals, and links between the tools you already use. Tiles & Squares, which we built for Stone Library, runs their stock, quotes, invoices, commission and payroll. Every build is scoped and priced before we start.

Pick a studio that asks about your business, your customers and your competitors before it quotes, and lets you talk to the people who will build your site. We keep looking after it. Paying monthly, Care is in your price: hosting, the domain, updates and small changes. It carries on after your 12th payment until you cancel it. Paying once, the site stays on Cloudflare’s free hosting, you renew the domain, and you can add Care from R150 a month. Ongoing SEO is quoted separately.

Yes. We work mainly in Hartbeespoort, Pretoria and Potchefstroom, where we can meet you in person: we're based in Hartbeespoort, Zack lives in Potchefstroom, and Pretoria is about 40 minutes away. Anywhere else in South Africa, we work over WhatsApp, calls and video. We're available every day, 08:00–17:00 and reply within 2 working hours.
